Artcolex collects the following data to provide our services: • Account information: Name, email address, gallery name. • Artwork data: Title, artist, price, dimensions, images, and other catalog information. • Contact data: Contact lists, buyer information. • Usage data: Session information, page view statistics. • Payment information: Billing address (credit card details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored by Artcolex).
We use the data we collect for the following purposes: • To create and manage your account. • To provide artwork management, sales tracking, and reporting services. • To generate share links and portfolio pages. • To improve service quality and resolve technical issues. • To fulfill our legal obligations. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption and stored on secure servers. Database access is restricted through role-based access control (RBAC). Regular security audits are conducted.
You can delete your account and all your data at any time: • You can permanently delete your account from the "Delete Account" section on the Settings page. • Deletion is irreversible; all artworks, sales, contacts, and other data will be permanently removed. • Alternatively, you can request data deletion by emailing info@artcolex.com. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Artcolex uses essential cookies for session management. These cookies are necessary for the service to function. No third-party cookies are used for analytics or advertising purposes.
